Campiol
Cross-country skiing
· Val di Fiemme
· Open
The Campiol track is the first track that is prepared in winter in the Passo Lavazè cross-country ski center.
Open
Skating, Classic
moderate
Distance 4.7 km
The first 2,5 km of the track are not too difficult, with soft curves that follow the plateau’s outline. After that point, a nice descent and a demanding climb, test the technical skills of the cross-country skier. Afterwards you find a second and shorter climb, a flat stretch and after a bend you return (about 1 km further) towards the entrance of the Cross-Country Center. The track is completely sunny and lets athletes and amateurs enjoy a breathtaking view on the mountains Corno Bianco, Corno Nero and on the Dolomites of Latemar – Unesco World Heritage Site.
Author’s recommendation
Take the shortcut to avoid the first descent and it's climb.
