Our malga, at the foot of Cimon della Pala, will let you make a leap into the past and go back to the old genuine ways. You must try the strangolapreti (a type of pasta, litterally "priest chokers") with smoked ricotta, as well as our cheeses, especially Tosèla and Nostrano di Primiero, on sale at our shop. The malga is located just after Passo Rolle, below the imposing Pale di San Martino. Here you can buy the products of the Primiero dairy farm cooperative which runs the place.
